Qualification

1.⁠ ⁠Captain Floor

  • Experience in supervision or managerial roles for at least 1 year in the hospitality industry

  • ⁠Experience in customer facing roles , especially in customer service

  • ⁠Good communication, multitasking, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork skills

  • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills

  • Experience in position for at least 1 year in the hospitality industry

  • Ability to use EDC machines for transactions
